GIFT CARD / REVIEW CARD
The card serves as a gift card that we give to patients so they can share with their family & friends. The backside serves as an encouragement to leave a review for the business. This handout is produced on gloss finish cardstock and is currently being used at IQ Laser Vision.

This is one out of three tri-fold brochures I created. The inside of the brochure contains educational material depending on the topic of the brochure. The outside of the brochure mainly consists of useful information about the IQ Laser Vision office. All three brochures I created are being used at IQ Laser Vision as marketing materials for prospective patients.
